  3. 1.  How do I get the interactive CD-ROM to start?
  4.  
  5.      The CD-ROM should start automatically when you place it in your CD-ROM drive.   
  6.      If it does not start automatically, locate the CD-ROM drive on your computer and 
  7.      open the JCPenney file.

  9.  
  10. 2.  Why doesn't the disc play properly or at all? 
  11.  
  12.      Make sure you have the latest version of Macromedia Flash installed on your 
  13.      computer. You can download this free plug-in at www.macromedia.com/downloads. 
  14.  
  15.       This CD-ROM must be viewed with Macromedia Flash Player. This is a free
  16.       application that most computers already have installed. If you do not have it installed, 
  17.       please visit www.macromedia.com/downloads to download the player. A screen 
  18.       resolution of 800 x 600 or higher will yield the best viewing experience.

  21. 3.  Why can't I connect to any of the websites?

  23.       Make sure your modem is installed, and make sure your phone line is working 
  24.       properly (if applicable).

  27. 4. Why can't I hear any of the music on my computer?

  29.      You can access the musical tracks by using your computer's media or CD player. The 
  30.      musical tracks can be played on most any CD player.  Disk 1 contains the music 
  31.      tracks, so make sure you have the correct disc inserted in your CD player or computer.

  34. 5.  Why won't the games work on my computer?
  35.  
  36.       Make sure your computer meets all of the requirements for playing the games.

  38.       free on Hard Driver; 8 MB DirectX 9.0 Compatible Video Card; DirectX compatible
